Brown Creeper, Again

Much too long to be a Species Saturday, but it is going up on a Saturday. Saw a Brown Creeper right after I wrote about them, so wrote about that. It evolved to be more about recovery and this TBI.

As I wrote in Species Saturday vol. 2, which I sent out April 8, Brown Creepers are difficult to photograph.

When I wrote that, I’d only had one decent photographic encounter with one, in 2021. They blend in, they’re small. Even when you know where one is it is often on “the other side of that tree”—out of sight.
