Meditation
If you’d recommended meditation to me in the past, I’d probably have nodded and listened politely without any intention of ever meditating with a modicum of seriousness. All while ignoring the reluctant knowledge that it would in fact be good for me. Now, not so much. I meditate every day, usually more than once.
