Prairie Warbler, Revisited

Finally got some photographs--and had truly special moments passing time with a Prairie Warbler. Grateful this creature was willing to let me watch it sing. Species Saturday 7.5?

You guessed it: Prairie Warbler.

On July 8, I sent out a Species Saturday about Prairie Warblers. I’d finally seen one after years, on June 22, but still hadn’t taken any pictures. The next morning, July 9, I woke to bird with a specific moment in mind. I wanted it to become reality.

Birding ambitions aside, I forced/allowed myself to sleep in a few hour…
