Two Sundays ago in Wells, Maine, there was an orchestra of birds. Ovenbirds and Red-eyed Vireos belted. Cedar Waxwings were easy to miss. Chipping Sparrows trilled. A Yellow Warbler’s song confused me—actually, a Chestnut-sided’s.
